Hey tony - sorry, but avatars must be stored on a photo storage site, like www.photobucket.com and then linked to this site rather than uploaded!

its the IMG code from Photobucket.com that I copy and paste into my avatar settings is'nt it?

Hi Soup, I've just checked mine and I think for an avater, it's the URL code, from http onwards, that you paste in the box.

If you are posting an image in a post, then it's the image code.

Yup, Nine is right. You only use the img code for posting a picture within a post on the board.

For your avatar you will need the URL ie. http://www.photobuck...om/myavatar.jpg
